I had a lovely four-night stay, enjoying the friendly staff and well-appointed room. The location was fantastic, with easy access to subway stations and lots of nearby bars and restaurants. However, there were a couple of downsides, like the towels not being very soft and an odd smell from the bathroom. Overall, I'd definitely consider staying again.

My room was spotless and featured a comfortable bed with a small kitchenette. I appreciated the cleanliness and daily service, though I wish it had a chair instead of just a daybed by the window.

My stay at Sago Hotel was nothing short of fantastic! The modern, clean vibe of the place immediately won me over, and the location was perfect for exploring. I loved the personalized attention from the staff, but the only downside was the limited menu for dining options nearby. Overall, I can't wait to return!

I stayed in a Deluxe Studio King, and it was quite spacious with a comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The kitchenette was a nice touch, and the bathroom was equipped with great toiletries. However, I did notice that the soundproofing was not the best, which some might find distracting.

While the hotel doesn't have a restaurant anymore, there are plenty of dining options within a short walking distance. I took advantage of the free wine and cheese during happy hour, which was a nice touch, although I didn't get to try the restaurant prior to its closing.

The hotel offers a small happy hour and a pass to a nearby fitness center, which has basic equipment. The Wi-Fi was free but a bit glitchy at times. I did enjoy the beautiful views from the 10th-floor balcony.
